On the morning of your booking you may get a text or email if the weather is particularly bad – this might result in the minimum or maximum weight being changed or in extreme circumstances cancellation of the flight. If we cancel we will rebook you.
Make sure you dress for an outdoor activity centre and appropriately for the weather. To go on the Skywire, you must wear closed-toe shoes that can fasten (trainers are best), shoulders must be covered, trousers or below the knee shorts must be worn (no skirts, dresses or short shorts). This is for safety, not because we are fashion snobs!
